Is the therapy safe?

Part of our treatment includes viscosupplement gel injections. Viscosupplementation was approved by the FDA in 1996. Our providers are well trained and committed to patient comfort and safety and follow the best practice and safety standards.

Will it work? How long will it take to work?

Most of our patients experience significant pain relief over the course of treatment. Many patients’ pain levels are reduced early in treatment.

Will my insurance cover this therapy?

We offer free initial screening with no obligation to move forward. If you choose to move forward, our in-house insurance team can help with insurance questions. Our therapy is covered by Medicare and many more private insurances around the country.

How long in between injections?

Our program consists of a series of injections typcially a week apart. Each series is comprised of 3-5 injections. A series can be repeated as soon as every 6 months. If there is breakthrough pain after a completed series, our providers are able to administer alternative (non-opioid) medication to help relieve that pain until the next series can be given.
